However since the emergence of COVID-19, the employment landscape has changed significantly. Many employers that paused hiring during the peak of the pandemic are now competing to recruit and retain top talent.

That’s where JEM Productions stepped in. Dom Verzekeringen asked us to set up a recruitment employer branding campaign on social media. After a successful campaign on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, we helped to place new employees who are – at this very moment – still working at the new Kontich premises.
