Based in London, myWorld International – formerly Cashback World – is the operator of the myWorld Benefit Program. It is responsible for over 50 international offices which are, in turn responsible for providing a service to all myWorld Partners and Shoppers in that country.
JEM Producitons stepped up to the challenge of rebranding and positioning this emerging shopping community. We began by bringing new art direction, iconography and vibrant copy in all communication channels.
The redesign helped organize myWorld’s content, increase user time and boost signups for the shopping experience. Fueled by new social media and display marketing campaigns, we managed to triple (!) the monthly subscription rate.
We also helped define a CRM and e-mail marketing strategy to improve retainment and conversion.
